Our restaurant will be located at the empty space of land besides the Kolej Laila Taib
along Persiaran Brooke. We are going to stake up the shipping containers and modify
them into a shop. It will be a two story container shop. We are using shipping containers
as our shop place because we think that it is eye catchy and unique. Furthermore, we
can be diverse from our competitors and also create a different environment and dining
space for our customers.
We are choosing this location because we knew that people who like to eat pizza are
mostly teenagers and students. Based on research, we found out that there are four
schools around this location. There are Woodsland International School, Kolej Laila Taib,
University College of Technology Sarawak and SMK Agama Sibu. Furthermore, it is also
surrounded by the students’ hostel and residential areas. Students will come to our
restaurant after classes for their lunch or dinner as we provide special price for student.
We are sure that the portion of a personal pizza is enough and adequate for a person.
Besides that, we know that students are sick of eating the same food from canteen.
We will ensure that our customer will always feel satisfy to our menu as we are changing
the toppings of our menu randomly, also we providing self custom pizza services.
Moreover, the location provides free parking space to the customers. Residents nearby
will not feel uneasy or annoyed to find a parking space when they are craving for our
pizzas.
